Intellectual Property
All academic content including:
- Course materials
- Assignments
- Assessments
- Recorded sessions
- Program frameworks
are the intellectual property of Futurense Technologies Private Limited and may not be:
- Shared
- Distributed
- Reproduced
- Commercially used
without prior written consent.
Use of Platform
Access to FDE Academy learning platforms is:
- Provided solely for personal educational use
- Non-transferable
- Subject to continued compliance with these Terms
Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or content access may result in termination of platform access.
Changes to Program
FDE Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify program schedules
- Update curriculum
- Change faculty or mentors
- Reschedule sessions
- Revise delivery formats

Limitation of Liability
